I believe that surrogacy is a wonderful arrangement to help people become parents.  I was honored to be a gestational surrogate for a wonderful male couple in 2001.  I delivered a beautiful baby girl who is the light of their life.  After much thoughtful conversation with my husband and my children, I've decided to take this journey one last time.

Although my last match was very smooth and easy, finding the right IP's this time has not been.  Originally, I was going to do a sibling project with my previous IF's, that didn't work out due to employment issues on their end.  After that, I was matched with a wonderful local couple who decided to postpone a surrogacy arrangement for 18 months due to them opening a new business.  Finally, I was matched with a fabulous couple from England.  We were ready to transfer in September '06.  Unfortunately, there was an immune issue and we were unable to proceed.  So, I'm looking again for the right couple. 

I have had all my testing done, and am ready to start right away.  I am on birth control pills for cycle regulation, and have had a tubal ligation for permanent birth control.  I do not smoke, drink or take any drugs.  I am disease free and have had easy pregnancies.  I have insurance that does not exclude surrogacy.  I became pregnant after the first IVF cycle with my last surrogate pregnancy.
